Cedar was one of several puppies abandoned at a vet clinic that had relocated. Fortunately the mail carrier heard their cries and contacted the veterinarian's new office. The puppies got a check-up and their shots. They were taken in by the Ascension Parish Animal Welfare Society and adopted out. We adopted Cedar from APAWS at a local Pet Smart.
